Far from standardized beers, here we brew local beers strongly inspired by American craft beers. The malts and spices are all organic. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, 12 styles of beer are offered on a regular basis, as well as "limited editions" such as "Hipahipa", or a "Christmas beer", a round, tasty amber made with Scotch whisky, or an amber aged in Armagnac barrels. Open Wednesday to Saturday.
