Chocolate factory Originally from Grenoble, Joël Vilcoq worked with chocolate makers in Paris before moving to Provence. In his laboratory in Pertuis, he uses local products (fruit, almonds, etc. are all from the region). His discreetly flavored chocolates are well crafted.
