Gault&Millau's review

Butchery The place is welcoming, the staff helpful, and the overall impression is one of gourmet delight. A good selection of butchered meats, but also poultry with farmhouse guinea fowl and Conflent chicken, Soulard duck breast... For charcuterie and offal, sausages, homemade merguez, Catalan black pudding and pa de fetge. Prepared dishes often include paella, lasagne, moussaka or brandade, in addition to salads and savoury tarts.
