Chocolate factory
In the Tarn region of France, people may no longer roll "r "s in their mouths, but they do roll Janie Loubet's delicious chocolate bonbons. This young chocolatier was awarded the "Chocolat artisanal de Toulouse" prize, and it's with great enthusiasm that she works tirelessly to improve her collection. New creations include "L'Écu du Pastellier" (a reminder of the history of the Albigeois region and pastel), "Truffe Du Tarn" (as its name suggests...) and a range with a semi-alcoholic liquid core.
