Butchery Jacquot has been supplying the commune of Saint-Nicolas for over a century. Émile and Lydie carry on the family tradition with conviction. Jambons blancs, fromages de tête and pâtés are homemade, as is 90% of the production. In the butcher's department, Charolais meat and veal raised under the mother's milk are selected from local farms.
