Today, the Veules oyster is one of the most appreciated by connoisseurs. Raised in the open sea, it competes with Saint-Vaast and Utah Beach oysters for its iodized character, both fine and powerful. The Gallot family is present on the beach every weekend and at local markets (Luneray, Saint-Valery-en-Caux).
