Pastry A grandmother's story (Léonie), which doesn't end with the big bad wolf. Instead, it's all about tarts, recipes found in the baskets of Mirko and his brothers Ulrich and Alexandre. Gingerbread, crumble-apple cheesecake, hazelnut macaroons... all have the flavour of good old-fashioned products and recipes. The place is warm and cosy, like the back kitchen of a house that lives around the cake oven.
