Brewer
About 50 kilometers south of Verdun—though you’ll find it in many places around the city—this craft brewery in the Meuse region brews excellent beer. Barley grown on-site, regional hops, a full lineup, and meticulous craftsmanship by Sélène and Jean-Philippe. They offer about ten varieties, including a pale ale, a wheat beer, a stout, an amber ale, an IPA, two fruit-flavored beers, and even an organic lemonade and cola. The brewery is open on weekdays.
