The staff are on hand to help you choose from 36 varieties, including the rare Blue Mountain Wallenford from Jamaica and Kopi Luwak from Indonesia, as well as exceptional vintages from Mount Everest, the Galapagos, Australia and Hawaii. Several preparation methods are offered for tasting, from filter to vacuum to cold filtered coffee, for well-balanced coffees passed through the expert hands of baristi trained in England and Australia.
