It's in this pretty, contemporary boutique that Frédéric Hawecker shares, without words but with gustatory emotion, the sensory memories he has brought back from his travels in France and elsewhere. The chocolate bonbons speak to us of Brazil, India, the Caribbean, the Ivory Coast, and of course Provence, with ganaches of thyme, lemon, star anise, lavender... On the pastry side, we find the elegant Opera, the Royal and well-turned creations.
