Pastry The Haut al'Pain bakery-pastry shop is delicious proof that value waits for no age. It's run by Mélina Bernard, a talented 19-year-old pastry chef and baker who has won prizes in regional pastry competitions. She decided to prove that anything is possible, with a large dose of passion and hard work. To create her business, she teamed up with her mother, Géraldine Bernard, in charge of sales. The two women, with their complementary talents, have opened a warm and welcoming place where gourmets flock from Tuesday to Sunday as early as 5:30 am. Natural sourdough breads, viennoiseries, pastries, quiches, tarts, croque-monsieur and pizzas - everything is 100% homemade. A range of classics that rely on the best products from the shortest possible circuits, with organic flours from a neighboring mill or Tradition Label Rouge. Specialties include a two-tone, filled croissant that's as tasty as it is beautiful, and an ultra-gourmand sports bread with prunes, apricots, hazelnuts and raisins.
