Bakery
Gontran Cherrier has created quite a stir by setting up shop in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, in a spacious, contemporary-looking bakery. In this dedicated space, with its large bay windows, you'll find a carefully-crafted range of breads: cereal baguettes, farmhouse loaves and other specialties based on the changing use of flours. The baker's pastries are not to be outdone, with croissants, fruit tarts (in season), mille-feuilles and other specialties that transform nibbling moments into moments of pure pleasure.
