Gelateria This year, these Ardéchois pay homage to their host city with the perfume coussin de Lyon, featuring all the chocolate, marzipan and candy flavors of this specialty from the capital of the Gauls. Based in Saint-Jean, they know how to bring their originality to classic flavors: try the foie gras, fennel, Roquefort, pumpkin and chestnut flavors... Most of their ice creams and sorbets are organic, the stabilizers are 100% natural, the milk is fresh and whole, and the suppliers are mostly local producers. And the chocolate is by Valrhona. Last but not least: a scoop to take away costs €2.60, and €7 for two scoops on the premises.
