Gault&Millau's review

Pastry Maison Gaulupeau is steeped in elegance. The 19th-century façade sets the tone: chic and tasteful. Above all, it's a family adventure, which expanded in 2002 with the acquisition of a 500 m2 laboratory in Le Chesnay. Back in the store with gourmet entremets. Opéra, framboisier, ispahan (a copy of the famous...) and a varied choice of catered dishes can be ordered from this event organizer, who has a tea room and a hall in a 12th-century mansion, just a few minutes from Versailles.
