Cheese dairy The lively, gourmet Rue Vasselot couldn't do without such an appetizing cheese shop, and visitors will find everything they're looking for, from classics to rarities, well matured and expertly served. It's enough to make a fine platter or a cheese evening with friends, with, for example, this very good gorgonzola to be tasted with a spoon, the fenugreek tomme or the Fleur du maquis corse. A little charcuterie and wine to accompany, and of course butter and cream.
