A cheese signature for an entire region. Stores in the main towns of the Hauts-de-France region, all the way to Normandy, and the pleasure of finding all the good cheeses of the Nord, from the well-known (maroilles, vieux lille, mimolette...) to the rarer, pavé de Comines, pavé de Thiérache, bergues, buttes des Dunes, cœur d'Arras... And of course a vast selection from other regions, goat's cheeses, mountain cheeses, and a few foreign cheeses (taleggio, lombardino...).
