Cheese dairy It's one of France's most famous cheese dairies, with some 15 stores throughout the country, and its story began here in 1964. Their first store was this one, and it remains the heart of the company to this day. Now run by MOF Hervé Mons and his brother Laurent, the shop has established itself as a benchmark, stocking its shelves with over 250 cheeses of exceptional maturing quality. The store also offers creamery products and a small selection of wines.
