After learning the trade with his family and making cheese himself for many years, Daniel Michelin decided to set up his own store to devote himself to researching and maturing the finest regional dairy products. At the Ferney-Voltaire, Grilly and Ségny outlets, you'll find the finest Jura cheeses - morbier, comté, tomme, mont-d'or - from the family dairy in Saint-Point-Lac, as well as local yoghurts and butter.
