Moulis, awarded a gold medal at the 2018 Concours Général Agricole for Montagne de Bethmale made with raw cow's milk, is located in the Ariège Pyrenees. The Moulis of the same name, made from hand-salted raw milk, is matured for a minimum of 12 weeks and comes in cow, goat, mixed and ewe blue or organic raw cow's milk. Local products are also on sale in the boutique.
