Cheese ripeners for several decades, Emmanuel and his children Lucile and Quentin set up shop four times a week on the markets of Rueil-Malmaison to delight your palate with the milky pleasures they select from breeders, some of them long-established, others more recent. Around 200 cheese references from all regions of France, but also from Spain, England, Italy, Portugal, Germany and Holland to vary textures and flavors. In their cellar, they mature Comté, goat's milk, Saint-Nectaire, soft cheeses and sheep's milk tommes. For three generations, they have maintained long-standing relationships with their suppliers to guarantee consistent quality. On request, they can create made-to-measure cheese platters for aperitif dinners, festive meals and raclette cheese platters. Mom Carole and brother Guillaume have set up Maison Junges, where they offer savoury pastries made with... cheese, of course!
