The Michelin family has been in the cheese business for several generations, and it was only natural that Fabrice should take over the running of the dairy that produces the superb regional specialities: raclette cheese, Montagnon tomme, morbier, Mont d'Or, comté, fromage blanc, crème fraîche... On sale on the premises, at the markets in Gex and Divonne-les-Bains, and in the brothers' stores in Ferney-Voltaire and Ségny.
