Refiner Bruno Collet is a passionate cheesemaker, representing the fourth generation in a great family tradition, who goes to the source, i.e. the producer, to find the cheeses he loves. In this bright, well-presented store, he offers a wide variety of cheeses matured in his own cellars (one for goat's milk, one for cow's milk cheeses), with a slight predilection for bries, evoking the history of his family (his great-grandfather sold brie de Meaux on the markets).
