Representing the fourth generation of a great family tradition, Bruno Collet goes to the source, i.e. the producer, to find the cheeses he loves. In this bright, well-presented store, he offers a wide variety of cheeses matured in his own cellars (one for goat's milk, one for cow's milk), with a slight predilection for Brie, which evokes his ancestors (his great-grandfather sold Brie de Meaux on the markets).
