Cheese dairy Michaël Bellissa worked in the restaurant business abroad, and it was there that his addiction to cheese was revealed. Back in France, he decided to open his own creamery. With training in the production chain under his belt, he embarked on a tour of French producers to build up his range. A wide variety of cheeses are now available to Clichois, who are delighted with the opening of this new store: camembert with pistachios and honey; banon (raw-milk goat's cheese wrapped in a chestnut leaf), Swiss Etivaz... A small delicatessen section completes the range.
