This owner-grower boutique sells ciders and calvados in a charming old-fashioned setting. François Lecornu has been an organic farmer since 2008, and was awarded the organic label shortly afterwards. With 9 hectares of orchard, he grows 4,000 apple trees of 15 different varieties. His personal heritage and passion have led him and his wife to make their own cider in Bayeux. They are the only ones to do so, quality prevailing over quantity, and attachment to the product over financial interest.
