Roaster
It is one of the most renowned coffee shops in Metz and has won national awards; it operates its own roasting facility. In addition to being a beautiful space—located right next to the Brasserie des Arts et Métiers, with a style that’s both minimalist and baroque—the venue houses the production lab, a tea room, a shop, and even a studio available for rent. There are some wonderful single-origin coffees to discover: Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, El Salvador, Kenya… Numerous tasting workshops are organized.
