Bakery This is good organic bread, with selected flours grown and milled on the farm on a stone millstone. Buckwheat, chickpea and spelt flours, with decayed additions such as sunflower and sweet clover; sold on the farm and at numerous markets, including Montauban Laissac on Wednesdays.
