The establishment is a family-run farm in Normandy, where some 180 cows graze peacefully, producing good milk that will also be transformed into yoghurt. The result is a solid team of professionals, and with over 80 medals won since 1985 and a wide variety of products, there's no doubting their excellence. The yoghurt rests on a bed of compote with multiple flavors, citrus, pear, red fruit... and low sugar content. The rice semolina cake completes this creamy range.
