Try this delicious rosehip jam with its hint of artichoke... A delight. The farm's specialty, however, is the Ardèche chestnut, which you'll find in jars, whole, or in flour, or broken, or of course in cream, and even in liqueur, all organically produced. Chestnut flour macaroons are also a hit.
