Carryout A former television journalist, Margaut de La Rochebrochard has swapped her pen for an apron: "I've been passionate about cooking ever since I was a little girl. I've always loved cooking good food and entertaining friends around a nice table." In October 2025, she opened FAIM-Traiteur & Comptoir in the 18ᵉ arrondissement of Paris. From her large shop window, Margaut invites everyone to compose their own meal. Behind the counter, but also at the stove, she prepares family-style, seasonal cuisine: cod with lemon confit, herb-roasted chicken, gratin dauphinois, salads, and her specialty, homemade puff pastries. As for desserts, you won't be able to resist the chocolate cake. All at affordable prices, to be enjoyed on site all day long or to take away. You can also order a made-to-measure meal, to be collected from the boutique.
