With its specialities, the house has won the loyalty of a clientele that has embraced the cause, and chooses according to its preferences: Valentine with seeds, Charenton with cereals, tourte auvergnate, grand épeautre, khorasan, focaccia with olives... Among the pastries, the flan grand-mère is a favorite, as are the forêt noire and the tarte pistache. Cakes and viennoiserie are also recommended.
