Bakery With a dozen or so outlets in and around Paris, the bakery fits in well with these modern signs that rehabilitate good bread. With its specialities, the house has won the loyalty of a clientele that has embraced the cause, and chooses according to its preferences: Valentine with seeds, Charenton with cereals, tourte auvergnate, grand épeautre, khorasan, focaccia with olives... Among the pastries, the flan grand-mère is a favorite, as are the forêt noire and the tarte pistache. Cakes and viennoiserie are also recommended.
