Fine grocery
It's not Uzbekistan, but the spices in this pretty boutique in the old town center have the scent of the Silk Road. This historic coffee roastery, whose know-how has been handed down for almost a century, roasts its own coffee, pure origins processed the old-fashioned way and available both in the store and at nearby markets. There's also a fine collection of spices - over two hundred and fifty - and a vast catalog of teas and infusions.
