Ludovic Weber fell into the business as a child, as his mother ran a butcher's and caterer's shop. Since 2020, he has been at the helm of EG MG Traiteur, a company in charge of private and professional events. The company is also referenced by the Grand Est region. "Our credo is simplicity. I carefully select small local producers, market gardeners (specialized in organic and permaculture), bakers and pastry-makers, and the Vigneulles-lès-Hattonchâtel dairy. My meat comes directly from the abattoir or from Antoine's farm in Beuveille (vacuum-cooked at low temperature), and the wines and ice cream are from the Meuse... A guarantee of quality, whatever the customer! EG MG Traiteur concocts its own terrines, smoked salmon and foie gras. As for desserts, the chocolate-raspberry heart, lemon lingot and macaroons are a great success. From 2 to 2,000 people, the house is a delight for epicureans of all ages.
