The Edwin Yansané chocolate shop is no longer an unknown quantity, having won numerous awards and proven its well-deserved reputation. Its small shop is brimming with treasures: beautiful bars of grand cru chocolate—from Madagascar or Guatemala (73%)—chocolate for baking, ganaches, lemon and ginger candies, and indulgent chocolate spreads.
