Chocolate factory
Founded by Edwin Yansané, the chocolaterie has since won numerous awards and confirmed its place among the great Parisian addresses. Its narrow store on rue Vieille du Temple is home to all the pleasures for which it is famous: the famous bonbons de chocolat, with their travelled flavours, the tablettes and pralines, and the spreads.
