Pastry Christophe Adam's éclairs are always brilliant, and he's added a coffee-break dimension to his rue de Montmartre unit, in a very successful and chic setting around the marble counter. The famous éclairs of course, as well as chocolates, brioches and savoury creations for lunch. Sandwiches, petits fours, cupcakes... the whole shop window is a real eye-catcher.
