Here, Éric Duvallet prepares traditional French baguettes, rye and cereal breads, chestnut breads, cranberry breads... Mixes designed to better marry diversified dishes. Panettone and kouign-amann are excellent, as are fruit jellies and Normandy douillon (whole apples wrapped in puff pastry).
