Pastry In an all-blue universe, the Dupont house presents, around a cup of tea, very successful compositions with chocolate bonbons, chocolate slabs with XL-sized squares, milk or dark coatings, garnished with hazelnuts, or pieces of nougatine... Since 1990, Jean-Pierre Etienvre has been at the helm of the Dupont house, which was awarded the Toque d'Or for best chocolate speciality in France in 2012.
