Sébastien Dubourg has been based in Saint-Avertin since 2012, where he and his well-trained team produce charcuterie products for connoisseurs, including award-winning rillons, jambon blanc, pâté de Pâques, andouillette... As a Qualichef, he and his team guarantee their customers a predominantly in-house production, from charcuterie products to delicatessen products (whether for everyday or special occasions).
