Chocolate factory It's an institution. Originally set up near the port, the store sourced sugar, cocoa and spices from the colonies, and Monsieur Dromel invented a machine for cutting sugar loaves... Thus was born the useful square... Since then, the store has evolved, changed sidewalk and family. Its products remain highly prized, including marshmallows, macaroons, candies, nougats and calissons, which can also be purchased from the online boutique.
