Eighth-generation winemakers Fabien and Laurent Caussé welcome you to taste their wines and visit their cellar. You'll be told the legend of Sarrabelle, which says that the Sarrabelle spring, which gushes out near the medieval Château de Montaigut, was the place where the beautiful Yolande met her lover. Its name comes from the Occitan sarro-bello, which translates as to embrace one's beloved. The estate covers 42 hectares in the Gaillac appellation.
