Winemaker
The schist slopes around the village of Roquebrun, in the heart of the Saint-Chinian appellation, are the anchor for Domaine Navarre, currently owned by Thierry. This 12-hectare estate has been awarded the organic label, testifying to the seriousness of the work and respect for the cultivation of the vines. It also preserves the region's forgotten ancient grape varieties, such as aspiran noir, œillade and ribeyrenc.
