Winemaker For many years, this estate has stood at the top of the appellation, easy to find between Henrichemont and Les Aix-d'Angillon. Today, Paul-Henry Pellé, representing the family's fourth generation, holds the reins, ensuring the same quality for his famous "Les Blanchais" cuvée, but also signing off on some very interesting red cuvées, such as "Le Carroir".
