Winemaker
As fate would have it, Fanette Fessy from Beaujolais and Jean-Baptiste Paquet from Maconnais met at lycée and discovered they shared the same dream: to invent, create and raise wine. In 2002, they set up in the Gard region of France, managing a 12-hectare vineyard converted to organic farming, in the Costières-de-Nîmes PDO. This terroir is made up of large rounded pebbles (known locally as gress), rounded by the ancient passage of the Rhône or Durance rivers.
