Gault&Millau's review

Winemaker Château de Tariquet was founded by the Grassa family in 1912. First Hélène and Pierre, lovers of Bas-Armagnacs; then Maïté and Yves, who made winemaking their passion. Now Armin and Rémy have joined them to run the business, which is still independent and family-run. A real powerhouse of Côtes de Gascogne, with its "Classic" cuvée, the company's signature white wine. Nearly 900 hectares are farmed to produce the estate's white wines and Bas-Armagnacs.
