On the route to the châteaux of the Loire, the Domaine du Croc du Merle lets you "munch"... excellent small cheeses matured naturally, with herbs or pepper, made on the adjoining farm, and ladle-molded faisselles. On-site product tasting and tour of the farm in summer.
