Winemaker
In 2001, as a young winemaker, Benoit Danjou inherited this 20-hectare vineyard in Espira de l'Agly from his grandfather. Benoit gradually converted it to dry red and white wines, which draw their character from a mosaic of different soils. Assisted by his brother Sébastien, Benoit manages his vines with organic certification. Vinification is carried out with the exacting standards of the finest vintages. Their wines are now an essential part of the Catalan landscape.
