Winemaker
Situated on the mistral-swept northern slopes of the Alpilles mountains, Dalmeran's terroir is clay-limestone and very stony. The dozen or so hectares planted are planted with red grape varieties: grenache, syrah, cabernet-sauvignon and cinsault. The estate works its soils, has banned chemical fertilizers and weedkillers and limits its yields (35 hl per hectare).
