Winemaker
Domaine Grossot is anchored on the slopes of the village of Fleys, with 18 ha of vines spread over parcels of Chablis and Chablis 1ers Crus. They are now certified organic. The estate was founded in the 1920s. Corinne and Jean-Pierre Grossot took over, and in 2007 their daughter Eve joined them. They focus all their efforts on the expression of terroirs, in order to produce elegant wines with a pure respect for the typical characteristics of the Chablis vineyards.
