Gault&Millau's review

Distillery The famous Castan house is the flagship of the Tarn whisky industry, producing its vintages for three generations now. The Albi boutique now makes it possible to buy whisky without having to go too far, and to (re)discover the famous Vilanova range, the signature #1 peated, Berbie, Roja, Terrocita and Gost. The distillery also offers gin and eaux-de-vie.
