Chocolate factory
Since 2007, Melunais residents have been delighted to find delicious Nemours poppies in the town center, and to be able to sample a whole range of original confectionery and chocolates created by a pastry chef determined to get off the beaten track: chocolate palets filled with fruit, vegetables, spices and flowers, delicious orangettes, barley sugar as sweet as a childhood memory, and gourmet "Rochers verts" with Gâtinais honey.
