Henri Manhès took over this crèmerie in 2007, preserving its old-fashioned charm. As a cheesemonger in the historic capital of Cantal, he naturally offers the department's 5 AOP cheeses: Salers, Cantal, Bleu d'Auvergne, Saint Nectaire and Fourme d'Ambert. Not forgetting a selection of farmhouse goat's cheeses from Cantal and Aveyron, and cheeses found on Cantal farms... As with any crèmerie, you'll also find faisselle, cream, butter, yoghurt and other dairy products.
